Soooo... I know this isn't new or anything, but I just recently found out how to do this so I thought why not post it.
First off you need a Throwing Knife and a Sniper,
Have the gun out and press the right trigger to shoot,
Right when your player shoots press and hold RB,
If you've done this correctly your person should be holding a knife and the screen should be crooked.
I'm not really sure what this is good for but it looks cool
