Sooo for this glitch you need:
-tactical insertion
-care package
-a ladder
First get your carepackage out. Next, jump on a ladder. Third, use your tactical insertion on the ladder so it is ready to drop. Jump off the ladder and click right on the d-pad. Use you lr carepackage, use whatever you get, then you will have another carepackage! This only works once!
